After months and months of talking about it, I’m finally ending the Broken Speech Poetry Slam after ten years on April 21. It’s time for me to take myself to the next level and focus on areas of literature in Orlando that want to change for the better. If someone else decides to start a slam and send poets to national events, more power to them.

I have an e-chap coming out in the summer from Deckfight Press called A Patchwork of Rooms Furnished by Mistakes. These nine poems have never ever been seen anywhere else. It is free to get but donations are always appreciated.

A smaller version of Poetry In Motion will be at the outdoor stage of the Orlando Fringe Festival in May for four shows. I’ll release more details but I hear I’m doing “Would You Like To Take A Survey” and “Primer”.

Finally, The Legendary published “Marching Bands of Manhattan” and “Revision”, which you can check out here.
